Senior IT Project Manager – Data, Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of data integration and migration initiatives.

• Manage project parameters, timelines, risks, interdependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

• Collaborate with business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure effective project implementation.

• Lead planning, testing, validation, and transition activities for data migration.

• Ensure adherence to CSV (Computer System Validation) and regulatory standards.

• Organize workshops, governance meetings, and provide executive status updates.

• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks and project obstacles.

• Assist in data quality, governance, and operational readiness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Project Manager managing Data Integration and Data Migration initiatives.

• Strong comprehension of data management, data workflows, and system integrations.

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical settings.

• In-depth knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation standards.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• A delivery-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams effectively.

• Strong capabilities in risk, issue, and dependency management.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification.

• Familiarity with data platforms, ETL/integration technologies, or cloud-based data solutions (preferred).

• Understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks (preferred).
