Senior IT Project Manager – Data & Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of data integration and migration initiatives.

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and expectations of stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business, IT, data, and vendor teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Lead the planning, testing, validation, and cutover activities for data migration.

• Ensure adherence to Computer System Validation (CSV) and regulatory standards.

• Conduct workshops, governance meetings, and provide executive status updates.

• Proactively identify and address delivery risks and project obstacles.

• Assist with data quality, governance, and operational readiness initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior IT Project Manager specializing in Data Integration and Data Migration projects.

• Strong comprehension of data management, data flows, and system integrations.

• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments.

• In-depth knowledge of CSV/CSA methodologies and validation standards.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Delivery-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.

• Experience in coordinating cross-functional and vendor teams.

• Strong capabilities in risk, issue, and dependency management.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
