Senior IT Project Manager – Cloud Modernization Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop project documentation, negotiate changes in scope and schedules with stakeholders, manage project dependencies, and ensure the successful implementation of intricate software solutions.

• Offer technical guidance on software applications, install and configure websites and databases, and manage remote system access.

• Deliver 2nd level support by investigating and resolving complex issues related to websites, applications, and database connectivity.

• Perform assessments of existing data environments, analyze storage capacity, and convert legacy system requirements into future-state architectures in Microsoft Azure.

• Execute and manage enterprise chatbots, while also supervising vendor purchase requests, contracts, subscriptions, and professional services.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, conduct application testing, and synchronize activities with internal IT teams and external consultants.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, extensive experience in both IT project management and IT application support roles.

• Practical experience in administering environments and providing support for applications within Microsoft Azure.

• Proven expertise in data storage optimization, database analysis, and leading Azure modernization projects.

• Active certification as a Microsoft Azure Administrator.

• Required Technology Stack Experience:

• Microsoft SQL Databases (Troubleshooting and Support)

• Microsoft Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Lake, Storage Accounts)
