This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects within the program, adhering to scope and budget while aligning with our objectives, governance standards, and IT strategies.
• Offer strategic guidance and enhance project performance visibility through effective reporting and partner engagement.
• Articulate a complex program vision, scope, and objectives; create a detailed roadmap that aligns with our goals.
• Supervise the execution of all program projects, ensuring alignment with objectives and timely delivery.
• Manage overall project performance to achieve quality, schedule, and financial targets.
• Ensure quality expectations are met and sub-projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee all work activities and inspire team performance.
• Allocate program resources effectively to ensure the achievability of program goals.
• Maintain alignment of program scope with strategic objectives and recommend modifications to enhance effectiveness towards business results or strategic intent.
• Provide leadership to train, motivate, and direct technical and administrative staff in resolving issues during project execution.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks; develop and implement contingency plans to minimize timeline impacts.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the program budget, manage costs, and optimize resource allocation across various paths.
• Define and monitor goals; ensure program deliverables meet both quality and business standards.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in IT program management, particularly in delivering large-scale IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in applicable fields such as Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related area.
• Proven experience in analyzing information for complex decision-making.
• Required certification in a project management discipline, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional).
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Experience with IT infrastructure, encompassing hardware, software, and network components.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project Online and ServiceNow.
• Expertise in Financial & Risk Management: budget tracking, forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with the program team, partners, and IT support personnel.
• Demonstrated skills in decision-making, project management, and innovative thinking.
