IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Plan, oversee, and manage IT team projects to deliver technology solutions for the Ergomed business.

• Successfully deliver and transition systems and capabilities into production environments and business settings within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.

• Define project scope, objectives, and criteria for success.

• Create and oversee project initiation documentation, project plans, governance, management, and reporting artifacts.

• Engage and coordinate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, IT and Business QA teams, as well as third-party vendors.

• Develop and manage project budgets and work packages effectively.

• Monitor project milestones, critical paths, and overall delivery schedules.

• Manage and approve milestone payments to third-party vendors.

• Establish frameworks for project management, governance, and reporting.

• Report on project progress, challenges, and escalations.

• Obtain necessary business sign-offs and finalize projects with the required documentation.

• Transition projects into production with IT Service Operations and Technical Support.

• Ensure all project details are documented for support and lifecycle management.

• Confirm ownership and resolution timelines for deliverables post-transition.

⛳️ Requirements

• PRINCE II or an equivalent project management certification.

• In-depth understanding of technology and service delivery.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the clinical IT market and customer requirements.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

• A client-focused approach to work responsibilities.

• Familiarity with the clinical trial process.

• Adaptable attitude towards work assignments and a willingness to learn new concepts.

• Capability to manage various tasks enthusiastically and prioritize workload with meticulous attention to detail.
