Senior IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Responsible for defining, planning, orchestrating, and executing a specific strategic initiative.

• Ensures that the final outcomes meet the highest standards with a clearly defined scope and measurable business advantages.

• Oversees large-scale, intricate projects that frequently involve various internal and external stakeholders as well as matrix partners.

• Directly supervises all aspects of the project life cycle and collaborates with matrix IT partners to manage all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a project.

• Diligently manages the project scope to guarantee that commitments are fulfilled within the agreed-upon time, budget, and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of IT Project Management experience in a multinational company.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technology.

• PMP/PRINCE2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.

• Demonstrated experience with full-scale ERP implementations, including Oracle Fusion ERP implementations.

• Proficient in navigating a highly matrixed organization with strong influencing abilities.
