This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with small to mid-sized Data Management accounts at Carl Zeiss Meditec.
• Oversee a portfolio of clients and effectively implement data management software.
• Offer first-tier support to end-users as well as field and remote teams.
• Establish and maintain a continuous relationship with Field Sales Representatives, Field Engineers, Implementation Specialists, and vendor partners.
• Team up with field resources for account planning and forecasting activities.
• Primarily accountable for product deployment within a designated timeline for the end-user.
• Coordinate remote and on-site installation and add-on requests with Field/Remote Implementation Specialists.
• Address questions and inquiries from external customers regarding CZM networking, break-fix scenarios, along with installation and configuration-related calls, including escalated cases.
• Collaborate with Customer Support to facilitate and schedule FIS/on-site service requests.
• Respond to inquiries from Field Service Engineers, Affiliates, Distributors, Sales Managers, Customer Care staff, and other internal stakeholders.
• Provide remote training sessions to end-users via WebEx as necessary.
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Informatics, or A+, Net+, Server+ certifications are preferred.
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR business models is a definite advantage.
• Practical knowledge in a clinical environment is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional technical skills coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Networking Topologies, Windows/Mac operating systems, and medical instrument connectivity is required.
• Experience with CZMI products and knowledge of the associated business line is a plus.
• Strong presentation abilities and capacity to communicate professionally in written formats, including emails, RFPs, and reports.
• Organized and analytical mindset, capable of overcoming sales challenges through innovative and adaptive strategies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time, which may include overnight stays.
