This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take ownership of the daily health of the Kanban board for support and delivery operations.
• Ensure transparency regarding intake, backlog, active tasks, blockers, aging items, dependencies, and completed work.
• Coordinate regular technical support activities among platform, product, engineering, and support stakeholders.
• Assist in capturing, triaging, categorizing, and directing incoming support requests.
• Lead standups, Kanban reviews, backlog refinement sessions, weekly planning, and status check-ins.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical delivery management, project management, agile operations, support operations, or delivery coordination.
• Experience in supporting software, platform, product, developer-oriented, or technical support teams.
• Practical experience in maintaining Kanban or Agile workflows and ensuring task completion.
• Experience in preparing meeting notes, action logs, delivery updates, and status reports.
