Senior IT Project Manager – AI Domain Knowledge, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of AI-driven solutions throughout manufacturing operations, quality assurance, supply chain, engineering, finance, HR, and procurement.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of AI use cases, including Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and AI Foundry applications, as well as custom GenAI and machine learning solutions utilizing Azure cloud technologies.

• Effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project or program management.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure.

• Proven experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.

• Experience in delivering Generative AI solutions into production is preferred.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services is preferred.

• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or CDMO environments is preferred.

• Experience working in regulated environments and GxP processes is preferred.

• Experience in managing global delivery teams and external system integrators is preferred.
