Senior IT Project Manager – AI Domain Knowledge, Pharma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategizing, implementation, and successful delivery of AI-driven solutions across multiple functions.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of AI use cases that includes Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions, AI Foundry applications, and customized GenAI and machine learning solutions developed on Azure cloud technologies.

• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, vendors, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT project or program management.

• At least 3 years of experience in delivering AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cloud-based application delivery on Microsoft Azure.

• Proven track record of managing software development projects utilizing Agile delivery methodologies.

• Experience collaborating with global cross-functional business and IT stakeholders.

• Expertise in delivering Generative AI solutions into production environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI services.

• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Manufacturing, or CDMO sectors.

• Experience working in regulated environments and adhering to GxP processes.

• Proven ability to manage global delivery teams and external system integrators.
