Senior IT Ops Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Daily oversight of both cloud and on-premises resources

• Management of incidents, including necessary escalations

• Regular operations of Azure Virtual Desktop

• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deploy and support Azure resources

• Troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating incidents related to Azure services

• Ensuring adherence to security standards and policies

• Conducting regular security assessments and implementing patches and vulnerability mitigations

• Optimizing Azure resource utilization to reduce costs

• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of Azure infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures

• Providing telephony support to users based in the US

• Offering training and guidance to team members on Azure best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in IT Operations

• Strong understanding of the Azure Cloud Environment

• Certified in AZ-900 and AZ-140

• Extensive knowledge of resource monitoring, escalation, and incident management

• Proficient in Azure Virtual Desktop

• Strong scripting skills in languages such as KQL and PowerShell
