Senior IT Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Offer legal assistance for the company's operations across various jurisdictions.

• Support legal aspects of investment activities.

• Create and assess all types of agreements, NDAs, and other legal documentation.

• Provide guidance on matters related to intellectual property and personal data.

• Aid Sales and other departments during contract negotiations and approval processes with clients, partners, and suppliers.

• Investigate and assess risk factors associated with business decisions and operations.

• Protect the business by converting intricate legal challenges into actionable solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.

• Demonstrated history and 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within the IT sector.

• Strong background in commercial and civil law, encompassing client agreements, tenders, and legal support for investments.

• Proficiency in intellectual property law.

• Detail-oriented approach.

• Minimum Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.

• Familiarity with international legal frameworks.
