This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Offer technical assistance to clients through phone, email, and remote access—addressing everything from basic troubleshooting to complex escalations.
• Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for various clients.
• Conduct O365 and Windows administration, manage user accounts, and provision access.
• Provide support and troubleshoot VOIP systems (e.g., 3CX).
• Oversee and maintain RMM and PSA tools (e.g., Datto, Halo).
• Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance to enhance team troubleshooting capabilities.
• Lead or assist with IT projects, such as cloud migrations, system upgrades, deployments, and process automation.
• Recognize and implement solutions to minimize recurring issues and enhance efficiency.
• Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and optimize operations.
• Work in collaboration with vendors and clients to plan, test, and implement new IT solutions.
• Accurately log issues and resolutions for future reference.
• Effectively communicate with clients and vendors to ensure seamless resolutions and project delivery.
• Prior experience in an MSP environment is a PLUS.
• Exceptional communication skills – Ability to engage in a friendly conversation in English without being overly formal or technical.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through abilities (never leave an issue unresolved).
• Proven experience with Windows systems (client/server), ideally with a broad range of end-user and IT areas to address problems that others might overlook.
• Proficient in O365 Administration, Windows System Administration, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Scripting capabilities, particularly in PowerShell, to automate tasks and improve operations.
• Experience with VOIP systems and a solid technical understanding of network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with RMM and PSA platforms commonly used in MSP environments (e.g., Datto, Halo).
• We heavily utilize Office 365 and Azure, so demonstrable experience and knowledge of the fundamentals or skills in something very similar are necessary.
• You must show the ability to manage even the most challenging tasks by effectively setting expectations and determining solutions in a reasonable timeframe.
