AI Enterprise Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the enterprise AI architecture vision and roadmap for QVC Group, ensuring alignment with business strategy, technology priorities, and enterprise architecture standards.

• Create scalable, secure, and responsible AI ecosystems encompassing data, models, platforms, governance, and integration of business applications.

• Convert business requirements into production-ready AI solutions by collaborating with product, engineering, data science, security, and business leaders from inception through deployment and adoption.

• Establish and integrate AI engineering standards, including MLOps and LLMOps practices for testing, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, and ongoing enhancement.

• Develop AI governance and architecture frameworks that tackle security, privacy, compliance, model risk, bias mitigation, auditability, and cost efficiency.

• Offer enterprise architecture leadership and solution assurance by creating reusable reference architectures, guiding implementation teams, and aligning technology portfolios with the envisioned future state.

• Guide teams and advocate for innovation, fostering AI capabilities throughout the organization while assessing emerging technologies that can yield measurable business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, software engineering, data platforms, distributed systems, and AI/ML delivery.

• Proficiency in enterprise AI architecture and governance, including AI/ML solution design, ethical AI practices, compliance, and alignment with business strategy.

• Practical experience in delivering AI solutions to production, covering deployment, integration, monitoring, and optimization.

• Knowledge of cloud-native AI and data platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, alongside CI/CD, infrastructure as code, containerization, and platform automation.

• Familiarity with contemporary AI practices and technologies, including MLOps, LLMOps, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, AI assistants, and agent-based workflows.

• Understanding of retail and digital commerce ecosystems, including platforms for Order Management, Pricing, Forecasting, CRM, and Supply Chain systems.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree or certifications in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, Enterprise Architecture, or Data Architecture.
