IT Manager – Infrastructure & Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and sustaining our Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud infrastructure.

• Managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint management.

• Delivering prompt technical support and addressing complex user challenges.

• Enhancing our cybersecurity framework through effective security measures and best practices.

• Overseeing device lifecycle, user access, patching, backups, and business continuity efforts.

• Collaborating with external IT service providers to ensure top-notch service delivery.

• Discovering ways to enhance resilience, automate workflows, and improve user satisfaction.

• Assisting with infrastructure projects, upgrades, and service enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.

• Proficiency in administering Entra ID, endpoint management, and collaboration tools.

• Exceptional troubleshooting abilities across cloud infrastructure, devices, and user support.

• Solid understanding of IT service management, patching, backups, and change control processes.

• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity and operational risk management.

• Experience collaborating with third-party suppliers and managed service providers.

• Capability to prioritize multiple demands while providing outstanding service.

• Familiarity with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and other SaaS business platforms is a plus, as are certifications in Microsoft, Azure, ITIL, or cybersecurity.
