This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage the customer relationship in the UK and other English-speaking regions
• Oversee multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Serve as the technical point of contact
• Contribute to the development of our customer onboarding and support processes as we expand
• Handle numerous implementation or rollout projects concurrently
• Take charge of timelines, milestones, and communication with stakeholders
• Assist with technical configurations, data migrations, and integrations
• Cultivate enduring customer relationships in the UK and English-speaking markets
• Proactively identify and address issues before they escalate
• Provide long-term support to customers in a proactive manner
• Recognize expansion opportunities and illustrate measurable value for our clients
• Act as the technical liaison and coordinate with the tech team on complex matters
• Influence how we scale customer success in the UK
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, IT project management, or technical customer support, preferably within a SaaS context
• Proven experience in project management
• A technical foundation with a comprehensive understanding of software and data structures (such as in development or data analysis)
• A customer-focused mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel (for data preparation or migration) and familiar with Notion, HubSpot, and Microsoft 365
• Proficient in English at a C2 level
