Senior IT Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate business and technical requirements to create comprehensive specifications.

• Develop system integrations and assist with integration-related projects.

• Work closely with development teams, offering technical insights and clarifications throughout the project lifecycle.

• Convert business requirements into precise and actionable technical specifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in UML and BPMN for process and system modeling.

• Familiarity with API contracts and event-driven architectures (e.g., Kafka).

• Strong skills in data modeling, including both conceptual and logical data models.

• Ability to effectively communicate with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

• Experience in Agile software development methodologies.

• Proficient in written and spoken English at a C1 level.

• Preferred: Experience within the medtech industry.
