Senior IT Analyst, Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and/or contribute to ongoing support initiatives.

• Identify challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.

• Engage in defining business requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Develop process flow documentation and functional specifications.

• Provide user support for NAM and other global regions.

• Available for off-hours support assignments.

• Deliver training and assist fellow team members.

• Ensure adherence to Kontoor policies.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience as an IT Analyst or Senior IT Analyst.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience.

• Proficient in SQL statements and skilled in root cause analysis.

• Expertise in Core Java programming and the Struts framework.

• Relevant experience in Product Development and Enterprise Supply Chain Management Software.

• Advanced knowledge of Formula Knowledge Premium Applications.

• Experience in creating dynamic web pages using JSP and HTML.

• Relevant experience with Microsoft PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, Power Automate, and SharePoint.

• In-depth understanding of product development processes within the apparel sector.

• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
