Senior IT Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearheading complex projects and essential operational initiatives by implementing technology-driven solutions as part of the Product Management team.

• Taking ownership of the development and documentation of requirements that directly address significant business challenges.

• Performing competitive analysis, evaluating data, and providing estimates for feature sets.

• Producing technology user manuals, delivering status reports, overseeing functional and integration testing, and monitoring post-implementation outcomes.

• Providing mentorship and guidance to the analyst team.

⛳️ Requirements

• CBAP certification is preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of previous experience in tech product management, ideally within the health IT services or health tech product sectors.

• Experience in the healthcare or healthcare IT fields is desirable.

• Familiarity with Workflow Management Products is a plus.

• Proven track record of delivering products and demonstrating the impact of your contributions.

• Excellent skills in project management and requirement documentation.

• A degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in healthcare, life sciences, or computer science.
