Senior IT Analyst – Application Support and Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer assistance for both new and existing systems, aiding various projects within the department.

• Analyze and address incidents effectively.

• Investigate problems and pinpoint application failures.

• Resolve defects and implement necessary improvements.

• Conduct technical analysis of requests.

• Assist with application testing and validation processes.

• Oversee deployments.

• Contribute to the stability, availability, and continuity of systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a similar field.

• Proven experience in developing and supporting applications using Java.

• Familiarity with JSF, React, Angular, and Node.js.

• Experience with Spring Boot.

• Understanding of developing and integrating REST APIs and SOAP services.

• Experience with relational databases, especially MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.

• Knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS.

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps along with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery processes.

• Knowledge of C# is preferred.

• Familiarity with VRaptor is preferred.

• Understanding of mobile application development is preferred.
