Senior iOS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance the mobile experience for the international courier network, focusing on courier offers and incentives.

• Collaborate with engineering teams and Product Managers in workshops to outline new product features.

• Deliver high-quality software that adheres to team best practices and expectations.

• Assume ownership of the developed components, managing timelines and communicating progress toward team and organizational objectives.

• Share updates and ideas with the team.

• Contribute to the iOS guild by sharing development practices, patterns, and standards.

• Act as a Trusted Contributor to integrate new features into other teams’ repositories.

• Work with a codebase that is predominantly Swift (90%) and follows Modularization and Clean Architecture principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive professional experience with the Swift programming language.

• Proven history of implementing design patterns, including MVVM, VIPER, or MVP.

• Demonstrated ability to interface with server-side APIs within a complex microservices environment.

• Deep understanding of building software using decoupled, reusable components.

• Expertise in developing object-oriented, high-performance software that emphasizes readability and maintainability.

• Passion for pair programming, thorough code reviews, and proactive knowledge sharing.

• Ability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced, and dynamic technical environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Agreement to the disclosure of personal information for a background check.

• Background check results must be satisfactory for employment.
