Senior iOS Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Enhance the mobile experience for the worldwide courier network, focusing on courier offers and incentives.

• Work alongside engineering teams and Product Managers in workshops to outline new product features.

• Provide high-quality software that adheres to team best practices and expectations.

• Assume full responsibility for developed components, overseeing timelines and communicating progress toward team and organizational objectives.

• Share updates and ideas with the team regularly.

• Foster the growth of the iOS guild by imparting development practices, patterns, and standards.

• Contribute to the repositories of other teams to integrate new features using the Inner Source model.

• Report directly to the Technology Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in developing object-oriented, high-performance software that is exceptionally readable and maintainable.

• Significant professional experience with the Swift programming language.

• Proven experience in implementing various design patterns, including MVVM, VIPER, or MVP.

• Demonstrated ability to interface with server-side APIs within a complex Microservices ecosystem.

• Deep understanding of building software with decoupled, reusable components.

• Passion for pair programming, thorough code reviews, and proactive knowledge sharing.

• Capability to excel in a high-growth, fast-paced, and evolving technical landscape.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Agreement to the Disclosure of Personal Information for a background check.

• Background check results must meet satisfactory standards.
