Senior Investment Professional, Pan Alternatives

📋 Description

• Overseeing small, client-oriented teams to guide clients on strategies, managers, and portfolio construction/allocation across alternative asset classes, with a specific emphasis on private equity and private credit.

• Developing and sustaining robust relationships with sophisticated institutional investor clients and prospects.

• Leading client-focused initiatives across research, advisory, legal/compliance, and client operations teams.

• Continuously enhancing knowledge and expertise of new funds, strategies, and investment opportunities to assist clients in achieving their goals.

• Providing education to clients on our proprietary research and analytics platform.

• Promoting client retention and business development efforts by nurturing trusted relationships with existing clients and aiding in the acquisition of new clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investment, allocation, and/or research within the alternative asset space.

• Strong preference for prior experience in private equity and private credit strategies, including primaries, secondaries, and/or co-investments.

• Demonstrated experience advising institutional investors on strategic asset allocation, portfolio design, governance considerations, and the development of long-term investment programs.

• Excellent client relationship management capabilities, with proven ability to build credibility, influence decision-makers, and act as a trusted advisor to investment committees, boards, and senior investment professionals.

• Outstanding analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts and recommendations into clear, actionable insights for varied audiences.

• Commercially savvy, with experience in supporting business development initiatives, fostering prospective client relationships, and contributing to the growth of investment advisory or asset management enterprises.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented leader with strong project management abilities, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, client-centric environment.
