Senior Interoperability and Integration Solutions Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee integration projects while delivering advanced technical expertise to assist clients through strategic advice and technical issue resolution.

• Design and implement data integration solutions, including ETL workflows and interfaces, to ensure smooth data exchange between healthcare systems.

• Develop and deploy APIs and custom solutions to improve system interoperability and fulfill client-specific needs.

• Direct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for intricate data integration challenges, providing effective solutions promptly.

• Ensure that solutions comply with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA, safeguarding data security and regulatory adherence.

• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Collaborate with clients to grasp their requirements, align solutions with business objectives, and provide strategic advisory services.

• Execute additional tasks that contribute to the overall goals of the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.

• A combination of education and experience that would fulfill the qualifications necessary for the role.

• 3-5 years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or interoperability solutions within the healthcare or IT sectors.

• Practical experience with integration platforms such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, or Corepoint.

• Proficiency in HL7, FHIR, APIs, and data mapping.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a successful history in client engagement and relationship management.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Familiarity with additional healthcare interoperability standards and protocols is advantageous.

• Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and services is a plus.

• Certifications in relevant integration technologies or methodologies are considered a benefit.
