This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for roles within both international and country offices.
• Serve as a reliable talent partner to hiring managers.
• Enhance and promote ProVeg’s global employer brand.
• Establish and uphold a recruitment framework that is consistent and appealing to candidates.
• Act as the strategic owner and proficient user of Teamtailor.
• Leverage recruitment data and insights to pinpoint bottlenecks, refine processes, and facilitate improved workforce planning.
• Assist in strategic workforce planning by forecasting future talent requirements.
• Mentor and support local People & Culture colleagues along with hiring managers.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, encompassing sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and offer processes.
• Proven success in recruiting for international, senior, or specialized roles in dynamic or complex settings.
• Practical experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Teamtailor.
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• A robust organizational emphasis on personal growth, supported by a designated training budget.
