This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee sales goals for designated regions while enhancing existing distribution partnerships to increase revenue and units across various surgical applications for spine and general orthopedics.
• Project quarterly sales and track monthly performance against established targets.
• Create and execute annual international sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Seek new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing efforts, and cold outreach.
• Discover strategic growth prospects and nurture strong relationships with key surgeon users, distributors, and authorized agents.
• Address a diverse array of inquiries regarding surgical applications and clinical techniques related to biologics/bone grafting products.
• Provide assistance with case coverage, in-servicing, and support for distribution/agents.
• Conduct sales training sessions for new agent representatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems promptly and confidently.
• Comprehensive understanding of global healthcare markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven success in meeting sales objectives and managing distributor networks.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Must be capable of managing sensitive and confidential information.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Capacity to operate across multiple time zones.
• Ability to engage effectively with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking capabilities, and time management proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• At least 5-10 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine and orthopedics.
• A BS/BA in a science-related field is preferred.
