• Oversee sales objectives for designated regions, enhancing existing distribution partnerships to boost revenue and units across various surgical indications in spine and general orthopedics.
• Project quarterly sales and track performance against monthly targets.
• Create and execute annual international sales strategies that align with company goals.
• Seek new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, and cold outreach.
• Recognize strategic growth prospects and cultivate robust relationships with key surgeon users, distributors, and approved agents.
• Address a variety of inquiries regarding surgical applications and clinical techniques related to biologics and bone grafting products.
• Provide assistance with case coverage, in-servicing, and support for distribution and agents.
• Conduct sales training sessions for new agent representatives.
• Execute troubleshooting and quickly identify and resolve issues with confidence.
• In-depth understanding of global healthcare markets and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Must be capable of managing sensitive and confidential information effectively.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Capacity to operate across multiple time zones.
• Ability to engage with all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in spine and orthopedics.
• A BS/BA in a Science-related discipline is preferred.
