Senior Internal Security Investigator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out investigations that do not require fieldwork on suspected fraud or illegal activities against the Company.

• Conduct interviews and gather statements.

• Execute database searches.

• Identify sources of information and potential witnesses.

• Assess information to evaluate its reliability.

• Refer investigation tasks to external agencies as needed.

• Offer training and support across all departments in the claims handling process.

• Work schedule is from Saturday to Wednesday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in learning and applying extensive technical and procedural information.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• Ability to manage high claim volumes and navigate stressful situations.
