Senior Interior Designer, Revit Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist interior design teams by managing presentations, documentation, and project coordination tasks for active projects.

• Aid in the creation of design presentations, mood boards, layouts, schedules, and materials for client engagement.

• Provide support for documentation outputs throughout various project phases as needed.

• Help with rendering and visual outputs using Lumion and other visualization tools.

• Contribute to the development of interior design drawing sets, schedules, and additional project documentation.

• Execute tasks based on guidance from senior and associate-level interior designers to ensure accurate and polished outputs.

• Assist in preparing material selections, finishes information, and content for design presentations as required.

• Manage updates, revisions, and drawing modifications according to team feedback and project specifications.

• Keep project files organized, ensure version control, and uphold documentation standards across active workstreams.

• Facilitate the use of internal AI rendering tools and other design technologies when applicable.

• Adapt to multiple projects and provide support to teams as project priorities change.

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of interior design outputs for client presentations and documentation needs.

• Perform other role-specific duties as they arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in interior design or a similar design role.

• Extensive experience in supporting interior design presentations, documentation, and project delivery.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Ability to create high-quality materials for client presentations and visual outputs.

• Rendering skills using Lumion or comparable tools are highly desirable.

• Solid understanding of interior documentation, finishes, materials, and drawing coordination.

• Capable of functioning as a versatile support designer for both presentation and technical documentation tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality across visual and documentation outputs.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to collaborate effectively under direction while managing remote responsibilities efficiently.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant interior design, documentation, and presentation experience is mandatory.

• Experience with Revit is a plus.

• Background in multi-residential, hospitality, workplace, or similar project sectors is advantageous.
