Senior Integrations Consultant – Workday

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Implement Workday solutions for a diverse global clientele.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy business requirements across various types and areas of Workday Integrations.

• Facilitate working sessions with clients and vendors to gather, comprehend, and analyze business requirements.

• Provide clients with best practice advice, identify and recommend process improvements, and execute system enhancements.

• Lead, consult, execute, and prioritize conflicting demands on medium to high complexity projects across multiple clients independently.

• Ensure customers are informed and utilize Kognitiv and Workday best practices effectively.

• Oversee project scope, quality, and timelines within areas of expertise.

• Offer guidance, instruction, direction, and coaching to team members.

• Conduct research on issues, identify root causes, and present/implement corrective actions to the client.

• Serve as a mentor and coach for junior team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in leading and executing Workday implementations.

• Extensive knowledge in multiple areas of Workday Integrations.

• Proven capability to lead medium to large-scale projects.

• Proficient in managing timelines, deadlines, and achieving goals effectively.

• Demonstrated dedication to delivering excellence and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Strong consulting abilities with a track record of influencing a broad range of audiences.

• Willingness and capability to mentor and/or supervise other consultants.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• Willingness to meet travel requirements (less than 5% annually).
