Keap/Infusionsoft Automation Specialist, CRM, Marketing Automation, AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, optimize, test, document, and continuously enhance CRM workflows and marketing automation systems across various products and brands.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Product, Executive Leadership, and Automation Specialists to ensure each customer journey is intelligent, scalable, and consistently improving.

• Incorporate AI throughout the planning, workflow design, documentation, QA, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement processes.

• Create and develop marketing campaigns, automated customer journeys, email sequences, opportunity pipelines, lead nurturing systems, customer onboarding processes, forms, landing pages, CRM automations, internal notifications, customer segmentation, and reporting dashboards.

• Enhance lead management, campaign performance, customer engagement, and lifecycle automation to facilitate business growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft).

• Proven experience in constructing advanced marketing automation campaigns.

• Strong grasp of CRM systems and customer lifecycle marketing.

• Experience in creating email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and automation sequences.

• Strong troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational skills.

• Remarkable attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

• Monthly Base Compensation: USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, based on your expertise in Keap, automation skills, AI proficiency, technical execution, and overall fit for the role.
