This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Evaluate, enhance, and execute business processes with an emphasis on digital transformation, automation, customer experience, workflow enhancement, and agile organizational models.
• Take charge of customer projects independently, overseeing everything from planning to execution.
• Ensure compliance with timelines, quality benchmarks, and financial plans.
• Discover new opportunities and devise innovative solutions.
• Actively engage in expanding the consulting portfolio and driving business growth.
• Aid in creating forward-thinking strategic concepts for clients.
• Establish and maintain enduring relationships with clients and partners, as well as cultivate a professional network.
• Influence change within the insurance sector through process optimization, digitalization, and strategic consulting.
• Take part in internal decision-making processes.
• Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk and/or a degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Insurance/Risk & Insurance, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program focused on insurance.
• 3–5 years of project management experience within the insurance industry, preferably in a management consultancy or insurance organization.
• Familiarity with business process management (BPM), digitalization, workflow and input management, Lean Management, or process enhancement.
• Experience with insurance processes and knowledge of efficiently designing and sustainably implementing complex workflows.
• Independent working style, initiative, and the capacity to manage projects autonomously.
• Empathy and the ability to provide collaborative, partnership-oriented client consulting.
• Creativity and a solution-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools for project management and presentations.
