• Over 15 years of experience in the insurance sector, with extensive knowledge in analytics, actuarial modeling, and predictive methods.

• Significant hands-on experience in machine learning and statistical modeling.

• Advanced skills in Python and R programming.

• Familiarity with intelligent decisioning platforms like Earnix or similar systems.

• Experience in integrating models into real-time pricing and personalization processes.

• Strong executive presence with the capability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders.

• Openness and adaptability to travel up to 40% both domestically and internationally.

• Proficiency in conveying complex data and models clearly to senior leadership.
