Senior Instructor – Chillers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct assigned learning sessions, which encompass both live classroom and web-based formats.

• Tailor instructional and facilitation techniques to suit the audience, content, and technology utilized.

• Lead advanced-level educational materials, processes, and systems across various areas of expertise.

• Cultivate subject matter expertise in emerging technologies, products, or processes.

• Act as a subject matter expert in the creation of learning materials utilizing the Learning & Development Process.

• Organize suitable learning environments, ensuring the availability of audiovisual and technical equipment, web access, and handouts.

• Assess technical training outcomes, including participant feedback, knowledge acquisition, and the ability to apply new skills.

• Offer constructive feedback to learners.

• Consistently enhance delivery and coaching skills, incorporating new knowledge-sharing technologies.

• Collaborate with design and development teams to deliver learning solutions on schedule and within budget.

• Maintain and upgrade lab equipment and computers utilized in training sessions.

• Instruct technical curriculum for York chillers and collaborate with instructional designers and learning professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, possess over five years of experience with York chillers.

• Preferably have over five years of experience in operating and troubleshooting chiller equipment.

• Experience in training, coaching, or teaching is highly desirable.

• A solid understanding of and ability to articulate the theoretical and practical functions, applications, and operations of chiller equipment and components.

• Experience in performing operational checks, monitoring operations, troubleshooting, and starting up York chillers.

• Excellent writing, communication, and facilitation skills.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Education, or a related field that supports the objectives of this position.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with instructional designers, learning professionals, product managers, program managers, and stakeholders.

• Strong personal ethics, commitment to quality work, and a positive attitude.

• Willingness to travel to Training Institutes and customer and partner locations across North America.
