This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as a training solution partner within the organization, collaborating with the Learning Development Consultant to identify needs and create training solutions.
β’ Oversee multiple instructional design projects and training programs simultaneously.
β’ Create effective and time-efficient training materials, which include online/e-learning modules, microlearning courses, instructor-led training sessions, job aids, online tutorials, and multimedia content.
β’ Develop training programs for onboarding, performance management, professional growth, leadership advancement, and team collaboration.
β’ Take ownership of Learning Management System administrative tasks and reporting utilizing Workday Learning & Performance modules.
β’ Assist the Talent team in communication and the upkeep of design initiatives and programs.
β’ Sustain existing programs, boost participation, and refresh content and delivery methods.
β’ Collaborate with members of the Talent Management team to clarify needs and design organizational training solutions.
β’ Compose and revise technical and procedural documents, including training aids, quick reference guides, participant manuals, and facilitator guides.
β’ Publish and update content in Workday or other LMS platforms and generate learning reports.
β’ Facilitate change initiatives necessary to launch new or updated training experiences and cultural initiatives.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer is required.
β’ Experience in healthcare is preferred.
β’ Extensive understanding of best practices for creating and designing instructional materials for adult education and/or corporate training.
β’ Familiarity with and application of technology for learning, including multimedia development, web conferencing, learning management systems, social networking, and online collaborative tools.
β’ Exceptional interpersonal and professional communication skills across all management levels.
β’ Ability to consult with senior stakeholders, HR, and People Leaders with professionalism and persuasive influence.
β’ Capability to manage multiple complex leadership design projects concurrently, with a strong focus on detail.
β’ Proficiency in identifying learning needs and simplifying complex concepts into effective design solutions.
β’ Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Project, Excel, Articulate, Storyline, and microlearning platforms.
β’ A proactive, innovative, and effective approach to identifying challenges and suggesting solutions.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and technical writing abilities.
β’ Eligibility for an annual bonus; bonuses are determined based on company and individual performance and are not guaranteed.
