This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Deliver hands-on and/or remote post-sale product training on digital imaging products to clients in clinical environments.
• Provide instruction on imaging software and associated technology.
• Act as a resource for training escalations within the designated territory.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to support customers with their clinical requirements.
• Facilitate end-user training on supported intraoral imaging products.
• Document and report on completed training sessions.
• Review and follow up on completed surveys to ensure that clinical training aligns with stakeholder expectations.
• Investigate and serve as the primary escalation point for issues related to clinical training.
• Assist Clinical Program Managers and Product Management in the testing and implementation of new products.
• Conduct billable clinical training sessions.
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of future training opportunities through customer outreach, needs assessments, and relationship management.
• Participate in tradeshows and educational events for clinical representation and support.
• Manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Engage with functional departments, customers, and key experts.
• Travel throughout Southern California, the Central Coast, Bakersfield, and desert regions, including Riverside and Palm Springs.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
• Associate degree or equivalent certifications and/or licenses.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on clinical dental experience, including at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Demonstrated experience with dental imaging equipment.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at once.
• Must reside within the geographical area of Seattle, WA or nearby regions.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel on weekends when required.
• Availability to travel up to 75% based on business needs.
• Obtain and maintain certification for supported products.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Over 2 years of training experience in a clinical environment.
• Preferred: Experience in sales within a commercial context.
• Preferred: Radiation Safety certification.
• Preferred: Proven ability to work independently.
• Preferred: Advanced knowledge in radiology.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Preferred: Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office applications.
