Global L&D Facilitator, Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary facilitator dedicated to the client account.

• Represent the client's brand, tone, and standards in both virtual and in-person environments.

• Travel worldwide to provide Train the Trainer upskilling sessions.

• Conduct facilitator recertifications and perform coaching spot checks.

• Deliver hospitality, onboarding, and various client workshops across different regions and cultures.

• Enhance facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, and supporting materials.

• Collaborate with Infopro's digital content team to develop blended learning solutions.

• Establish trusted relationships with client stakeholders as a consultant and partner.

• Adapt to changing priorities and scheduling, including requirements on short notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive facilitation experience in both virtual and in-person classroom environments.

• Willingness and capability to travel globally for at least 70% of the time, often on short notice.

• Strong skills in instructional design.

• Proficiency in enhancing facilitator guides, PowerPoints, and other collateral materials.

• Consulting mindset with comfort in partnering with designers, digital content specialists, and client stakeholders.

• Ability to coach and recertify fellow facilitators, providing structured feedback.

• Experience working across a diverse subject curriculum, including hospitality and onboarding.

• Based in the UK or Dubai.

• Prior experience in aviation or luxury brands is preferred.

• Relevant facilitation, coaching, or train-the-trainer accreditation is preferred.
