National Field Training Manager – Patient Services Access Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Access and Reimbursement Training, concentrating on the Rheumatology Field Reimbursement Manager organization.

• Create, develop, and deliver compliant educational solutions.

• Represent the Training & Development and Franchise Strategy in various training programs and solutions.

• Establish relationships and credibility with key stakeholders.

• Utilize existing Learning & Development platforms and materials effectively.

• Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Offer honest and specific verbal and written feedback to training participants.

• Modify coaching and training methods to suit individual participant skill levels.

• Cultivate Guest Trainers and/or Regional Field Trainers.

• Incorporate training activities into the franchise team’s business plans.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

• Support the onboarding, development, and mentoring of other NFTs.

• Operate with minimal guidance or direction from senior leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing essential learning/teaching platforms, including PowerPoint, Rise, Articulate, and iSpring.

• Experience working with and utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS).

• Over 5 years of field experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an Account Executive or Field Access Specialist.

• Comprehensive understanding of the medical buy-and-bill process.

• Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards governing pharmaceutical products, such as CFR 210/211 and cGMP.

• Previous experience in leading projects with regional or national significance.

• Proven high-performance record and strong comprehension of factors that drive success in a commercial setting.

• Capability to collaborate with individuals at all management levels to create partnerships and align training with business strategies.

• Ability to incorporate business trends, brand strategies, and market drivers into plans that enhance competitive advantage.

• Master’s degree is preferred.

• Previous access and reimbursement experience with medical buy-and-bill products is preferred.

• Knowledge and exposure to health sciences, market access, and/or account management is preferred.
