This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.
• Introduces and markets specific Merit product categories to prospective clients, ensuring follow-up to validate that delivered products meet their expectations.
• Cultivates strong relationships with clients to guarantee their needs are clearly understood and fulfilled.
• Collaborates with Merit marketing and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery, stay updated on new offerings, and relay customer insights regarding product advancements.
• Actively participates in peer education, training, and the onboarding process for new team members.
• Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• A minimum of three years' experience in direct sales or outbound sales.
• Proficient in effective communication, with the ability to comprehend the needs of others within a sales context.
• A strong sense of personal motivation and ambition to reach both personal and professional objectives.
• Outstanding oral presentation abilities, with quick analytical thinking to address problems and convey solutions to purchasing or medical staff.
• Capability to learn the operation of medical equipment and to identify and suggest enhancements in its use.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently as a team member to accomplish organizational objectives.
• Competence in applying business mathematics for calculating percentages and preparing financial and sales reports.
• Highly organized, with the ability to document and report information effectively.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work extended hours to meet targets when necessary.
• Proven computer proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software applications.
• Flexible shift options available: Days, Swing (Evening), and Nights.
