Real Estate Inside Sales Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for Redfin, playing a key role in securing a customer's business.

• Manage live phone calls and respond to inquiries generated through the website and app.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of all Redfin’s real estate products and services, guiding customers on the next steps.

• Connect potential customers with a local Redfin Agent for home tours, buyer consultations, or listing consultations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid real estate license is mandatory.

• Prior inside sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with customer service, real estate, or other sales backgrounds will also be considered.

• Experience in real estate transactions is advantageous.

• Excellent multitasking abilities are essential.

• Strong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skills are required.

• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a plus.
