Senior Inside Sales Representative – Northeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Introduces and markets specific Merit product lines to prospective clients while following up to ensure that delivered products meet their expectations.

• Cultivates strong relationships with customers to guarantee their needs are clearly understood and satisfied.

• Collaborates with Merit marketing and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery, stay updated on new offerings, and relay customer insights regarding product development.

• Engages actively in educating, training, and onboarding new colleagues.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education and experience comparable to a relevant Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of three years of cumulative experience in direct sales or outbound sales.

• Proficient in effective communication and understanding the needs within a sales context.

• A strong level of personal motivation and determination to accomplish both personal and professional objectives.

• Outstanding verbal presentation abilities and quick thinking skills to analyze problems and articulate solutions to purchasing or medical staff.

• Capability to learn the operation of medical equipment and identify potential enhancements in its usage.

• Competence in collaborating effectively as part of a team to meet organizational goals.

• Ability to apply business mathematics for calculating percentages and preparing financial and sales data.

• High level of personal organization skills, including the ability to document and report information accurately.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Willingness to work extended hours to meet objectives, as necessary.

• Proven computer skills, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, database management, and other relevant software applications.
