This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +4 more states.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to meet and surpass sales funnel and income goals.
• Create organizational roles and synchronize the inside sales function (organization design, role clarity, coverage model, operating rhythm, and performance expectations).
• Implement consistent sales procedures across multiple product lines (lead qualification, discovery, demo/solution alignment, proposal/quote process, and handoffs).
• Oversee and enhance inside sales processes and playbooks; identify bottlenecks and execute scalable solutions to boost conversion rates and sales efficiency.
• Track team performance using dashboards and key metrics (activity, pipeline coverage, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy); provide regular updates and insights to sales leadership.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new hires as necessary; promote continuous training in consultative selling, product knowledge, and tool utilization (CRM, sequencing, reporting).
• Ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining precise CRM hygiene, documentation, and forecasting subject areas.
• Ideally, 7+ years of inside sales experience, preferably within a similar industry.
• A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
• Proven experience in leading inside sales or customer service teams that support various product lines and diverse sales processes.
• Experience in building rapidly growing inside sales or customer service teams.
• A strong passion for sales processes, sales analytics, and developing standard best practices for sales processes.
• Familiarity with contemporary prospecting and enablement tools.
• Experience in change management (team consolidation, territory redesign, process standardization, CRM redesign).
• Capability to work 100% remotely from a home office anywhere in the US and travel up to 10% on average. A valid driver's license is required.
