This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate meetings with construction firms throughout Brazil, delivering the solution in a consultative format.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, track metrics, and guarantee consistent results;
• Drive negotiations and closings with a focus on achieving monthly targets;
• Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities through various channels (social selling, cold calls, emails, AI, etc.);
• Manage initial post-sale engagement, ensuring a positive experience during the initial months;
• Possess a digital mindset, displaying curiosity towards new technologies, and an eagerness to understand how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales, overseeing the complete sales cycle;
• Background in the construction sector, engineering, or sales to industry stakeholders;
• Practical experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, etc.);
• Willingness to travel occasionally;
• Familiarity with or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
