This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Utilize designated sales tools to prioritize tasks, enhance efficiency, and record customer interactions (e.g., Prioritized Insights, Tenfold, SFDC).
• Collaborate with category specialists, CoreTrust Sales and Retention teams, and customer support teams to implement growth strategies and improve the customer purchasing journey.
• Work alongside the Revenue Management Team to make discretionary pricing choices and ensure adherence to contract stipulations.
• Exhibit advanced business acumen and sales techniques to pinpoint additional opportunities at both master and site levels while being aware of the competitive environment.
• Leverage expertise in customer industry purchasing processes to aid in product selection and standardization.
• Foster account growth by securing both programmatic and transactional opportunities while ensuring compliance across all account locations.
• Execute and enhance new and existing customer programs to optimize compliance and profitability.
• Collaborate with the CSC team to oversee customer experiences and fulfill maintenance requests.
• Establish and nurture relationships with senior executives within the customer base to support sustainable growth.
• At least 4 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential software tools.
• Strong drive to achieve results with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Resilience in overcoming obstacles and adapting to evolving circumstances.
• Documented success in managing programs, business development, and intricate deals from inception to completion.
• Capability to effectively engage with senior-level executives through compelling presentations and consultative selling techniques.
• Proficiency in negotiation, client management, and insight-driven sales methodologies.
• Skilled in establishing targets, creating growth strategies, and collaborating with sales teams.
• Strong understanding of business, finance, operations, and technology, complemented by advanced analytical abilities to interpret customer data and industry trends.
• Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Extensive experience in account management, prospecting, and B2B sales, with a focus on retention and growth.
