Senior Information Security Engineer, Identity Security Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist JLL’s enterprise Identity Security Engineering team in managing both human and non-human identities.

• Implement and uphold secure identity practices within technological architectures.

• Revise and oversee identity security policies, standards, and guidelines for users, on-premises services, cloud providers, and SaaS platforms.

• Collaborate with Active Directory, authentication services, and PKI teams to ensure adherence to security policies and standards.

• Spearhead the execution of JLL’s zero trust strategy for users and third parties in conjunction with network security.

• Design controls for privileged access management aimed at reducing misuse and enhancing detection and response to insider and external cyber threats.

• Support the secure design of identity services and controls engineering to implement account security policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of technical cybersecurity experience, with at least 5 years focused on identity security.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and advancing identity security programs across enterprise technology environments.

• Familiarity with Service Account, API, token, and secrets management solutions.

• Proven track record of enabling and enforcing identity security across the M365 suite, custom applications, cloud services, and on-premises appliances.

• Experience in implementing and managing privileged access management solutions; CyberArk is preferred.

• Background in collaborating with cyber threat management and insider threat teams to facilitate detection, monitoring, and incident response activities.

• Experience providing support in Active Directory environments to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards, including ISO, NIST, and ATT&CK.

• Capacity to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering relationships and effectively engaging with business partners.
