Senior Information Delivery Analyst – Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions utilizing Power BI, Tableau, and various other reporting tools.

• Facilitate guided analytics, embedded analytics, and data-as-a-service capabilities to enhance business decision-making.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend business objectives and establish reporting requirements.

• Collect, clean, transform, and integrate data from diverse sources into unified datasets.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability through thorough data validation and quality checks.

• Diagnose and resolve data integrity and reporting issues in collaboration with IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering teams.

• Convert complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders.

• Promote the use of self-service reporting and analytics solutions throughout the organization.

• Enhance and optimize data pipelines, reporting processes, and dashboard functionalities.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging reporting, visualization, and analytics technologies and best practices.

• Provide informal mentorship and support to less experienced team members as necessary.

• Document reporting processes, methodologies, and technical requirements to facilitate continuous improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in creating dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Proficient in SQL and Snowflake for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

• Experienced in conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) and working with large datasets.

• Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and analytical methodologies.

• Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT, Data Governance, and Data Engineering.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Equivalent professional experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
