Senior Information & Communication Technologies (ICT) Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and create solutions for client challenges on designated projects

• Establish work plans and task definitions under general supervision

• Utilize extensive ICT infrastructure expertise for surveying, designing, and managing development and construction administration projects

• Design and provide consultancy on data centers, structured cabling systems, campus/WAN networks, passive optical networks, and outside plant

• Execute ICT design and consulting responsibilities as part of a specialist consultant team

• Collect and analyze engineering data following established procedures

• Complete comprehensive and routine design and consulting tasks

• Propose solutions for new and complex challenges

• Offer guidance to internal mid-level consultants and production personnel

• Carry out work within agreed budgets and timelines with minimal oversight

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited college/university along with 8 years of pertinent experience, or proven equivalence of experience and/or education

• Current BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) Certification

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Willingness or desire to obtain a security clearance is required

• 5 years of design experience in ICT infrastructure

• Professional experience and/or proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite, and other ICT-specific applications

• Professional experience and/or proficiency with permitting, state and local regulations, IEEE–C2 Standard, OSHA 1910 Standards, TIA cabling standards, TIA data center standards, and BICSI TDMM and other manuals
