📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead Dexerto’s influencer and talent relations initiatives across both editorial and commercial spheres.

• Formulate and implement a long-term strategy for partnerships with creators, influencers, and talent.

• Create scalable processes, workflows, and operational standards within the department.

• Serve as the internal expert on creator partnerships, influencer strategies, and talent engagement.

• Educate broader teams on industry trends, platform advancements, pricing models, CPMs, creator value, and best practices for partnerships.

• Discover new partnership opportunities, content formats, and creator-driven growth initiatives.

• Contribute to shaping the future structure and direction of the department as the business continues to expand.

• Cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships with talent agencies, creator management firms, PR agencies, publicists, platforms, and directly represented creators.

• Forge long-term strategic relationships within gaming, esports, streaming, entertainment, and internet culture sectors.

• Represent Dexerto as a senior external figure within the creator and entertainment landscape.

• Attend key industry events, creator activations, launches, conventions, esports tournaments, and networking opportunities on behalf of Dexerto.

• Stay well-informed about emerging creator trends, agency dynamics, talent rosters, and platform advancements.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative Strategy, Editorial, Video, Social, and Production teams.

• Assist with commercial pitches, branded content proposals, and talent-driven campaign strategies.

• Provide guidance on creator selection, campaign structuring, audience alignment, pricing, CPM expectations, and commercial performance metrics.

• Support client servicing as needed, acting as a senior creator partnerships lead during campaigns and presentations.

• Identify scalable commercial opportunities involving creators, influencers, and talent partnerships.

• Work in collaboration with leadership to position talent and creator partnerships as a vital revenue-generating segment of the business.

• Lead negotiations with creators, managers, agents, and representatives with professionalism and commercial acumen.

• Manage complex talent relationships and high-profile engagements with discretion and sound judgment.

• Ensure an exceptional experience for creators and talent collaborating with Dexerto.

• Oversee campaign execution and talent deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Safeguard and enhance Dexerto’s reputation within the gaming, creator, and entertainment sectors.

• Proactively and professionally resolve any talent or partnership issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, creator partnerships, talent management, or agency representation.

• A robust existing network within the gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, entertainment, and creator management industries.

• Experience operating at a senior level in an agency, media company, management firm, publisher, or creator-focused organization.

• Profound understanding of creator economy metrics, including CPMs, engagement metrics, performance KPIs, campaign valuation, and branded content strategy.

• Strong commercial awareness and experience in supporting revenue-generating partnerships and campaigns.

• Proven track record of managing high-profile creators, talent relationships, and external stakeholders effectively.

• Comprehensive understanding of gaming culture, internet culture, and the broader creator ecosystem.

• Experience contributing to commercial pitches, client strategies, presentations, and partnership development efforts.

• Confidence in acting as a senior voice both internally and externally.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence teams and guide departmental direction.

• High emotional intelligence and exceptional skills in relationship building.

• Strong organizational and operational mindset with the capability to establish scalable systems and processes.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth digital media environment.

• Willingness to travel as required for events, activations, meetings, and industry opportunities.
