This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of and oversee Dexerto’s influencer and talent relations across both editorial and commercial sectors.
• Create and implement a long-term strategy for partnerships with creators, influencers, and talent.
• Develop efficient processes, workflows, and operational standards throughout the department.
• Serve as the internal expert on creator partnerships, influencer strategy, and talent engagement.
• Inform broader teams about industry trends, platform advancements, pricing frameworks, CPMs, creator value, and best practices in partnerships.
• Discover new partnership opportunities, content formats, and initiatives driven by creators for growth.
• Contribute to shaping the future structure and vision of the department as the business grows.
• Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with talent agencies, creator management firms, PR companies, publicists, platforms, and directly represented creators.
• Forge long-term strategic relationships across the realms of gaming, esports, streaming, entertainment, and internet culture.
• Act as a senior external ambassador for Dexerto within the creator and entertainment landscape.
• Represent Dexerto at significant industry events, creator activations, launches, conventions, esports tournaments, and networking opportunities.
• Keep a keen awareness of emerging trends among creators, agency shifts, talent rosters, and platform advancements.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Creative Strategy, Editorial, Video, Social, and Production teams.
• Assist in commercial pitches, branded content proposals, and strategies led by talent campaigns.
• Provide guidance on creator selection, campaign structuring, audience alignment, pricing, CPM expectations, and commercial outcomes.
• Support client servicing as needed, acting as a senior creator partnerships lead during campaigns and presentations.
• Identify scalable commercial opportunities involving creators, influencers, and talent partnerships.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to position talent and creator partnerships as a key revenue-generating area within the business.
• Lead negotiations with creators, managers, agents, and representatives with professionalism and commercial acumen.
• Manage intricate talent relationships and high-profile engagements with discretion and sound judgment.
• Ensure a premier experience for creators and talent collaborating with Dexerto.
• Oversee campaign execution and talent deliverables across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Safeguard and enhance Dexerto’s reputation within the gaming, creator, and entertainment sectors.
• Address talent or partnership issues proactively and professionally.
• Over 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, creator partnerships, talent management, or agency-side representation.
• A robust existing network within the gaming, esports, streaming, influencer, entertainment, and creator management fields.
• Experience functioning at a senior level within an agency, media company, management business, publisher, or creator-focused organization.
• Profound understanding of creator economy metrics such as CPMs, engagement metrics, performance KPIs, campaign valuation, and branded content strategy.
• Strong commercial insight and experience in supporting revenue-generating partnerships and campaigns.
• Proven success in managing high-profile creators, talent relationships, and external stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of gaming culture, internet culture, and the broader creator ecosystem.
• Experience contributing to commercial pitches, client strategies, presentations, and partnership development.
• Confidence in acting as a senior voice both internally and externally.
• Strong leadership presence capable of influencing teams and guiding departmental direction.
• High emotional intelligence coupled with exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong organizational and operational mindset with the capacity to develop scalable systems and processes.
