📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the execution process for industrial service orders, from receipt and validation to scheduling, transportation coordination, plant processing, and final disposal confirmation.

• Assess material acceptance in accordance with plant capabilities, operational limitations, customer expectations, and available capacity; ensure all necessary information is secured prior to execution.

• Establish the transportation strategy for each service order, prioritizing Divert fleet assets and engaging third-party logistics providers when capacity, timing, or cost suggests it as the more effective route; utilize the approved 3PL vendor pool to obtain quotes, confirm availability, and select the optimal option, maintaining cost discipline throughout the decision-making process.

• Maintain and share a comprehensive, real-time overview of the industrial schedule across Divert facilities, accurately managing inbound timing, plant capacity, and same-day adjustments with accountability.

• Act as the main operational liaison for customers during execution, coordinating pickup logistics, providing status updates, resolving issues, and managing changes with professionalism and urgency.

• Collaborate closely with Plant Operations and Transportation teams to address scheduling disruptions, routing modifications, and capacity constraints as they arise.

• Make real-time routing and outlet decisions using approved disposal pathways, cost-per-ton analysis, and operational limitations to identify the best available alternative when the planned route is not feasible.

• Document and monitor all execution costs, transportation expenses, and operational data to facilitate reporting, trend analysis, and P&L visibility; keep track of performance against operational budgets and profitability objectives.

• Propel the development of scheduling tools, reporting processes, and operational analytics by identifying manual workflows that consume time and resources, defining requirements, and actively collaborating on system improvements that enhance efficiency and cost performance.

• Recognize continuous improvement opportunities in scheduling, transportation coordination, data management, and execution workflows, translating operational insights into scalable processes that support the expansion of Divert's industrial platform.
